Use
- Detectable fixings for tying of cable ties 22DT used in equipment and machinery in food processing, pharmaceutical and all industries exposed to contaminants, in which detection devices are commonly used.(1)
Detectability
- Unex fixings 26 DT can be identified by metal detectors and x-ray inspection devices.
- Installing Unex fixings 26DT helps to reduce the contamination risk of the final product and enables compliance with European Directive HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
- Colour: Blue, facilitates visual detection throughout the hole process, reducing the contamination risk.

1. Fixings' detectability can be influenced by certain factors (type of analysed product, type and sensitivity of the detection device, inspection speed). It is recommended to carry out a detection test at several checkpoints.
