Technical specification
Trunking 73 in halogen free
Description
Use
- Trunking system for surface distribution of power and data cables on walls and ceilings.
- Easy front mounting of frames for free choice of switches and sockets.
- Multiple compartments to separate and protect cables of different services.
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Installation
- Clip-on mounting system. Removable only with a tool.
- Fittings consist of two pieces. The internal one allows easy measuring of the cover and holds the cables and the external one covers the cut marks of base and cover and assures protection degree IP4X.
- The trunking is supplied with a retainer every 0.5 m to hold the cables. Its assembly guarantees that the trunking complies with the protection against declared mechanical damage (IK degrees), that the cover is removable only with a tool and, in outdoor assemblies, that the cover is retained.
- 3 m length and base perforation every 250 mm for a save time assembly.
- Protective film preserves the product features during transport and handling.
Design
- Robust and stable trunkings
- Easy and affordable integration by means of:
- 1. Simple straight line product.
- 2. Colour: White RAL 9010. Trunking and fittings keep the same even colour.
- 3. Overpaintable system.
Mounting instructions
- To fulfil the characteristics defined herein, the installation must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer`s assembly instructions provided in the main product packaging and are also available on the website www.unex.net.

Notes
1. Except for new part numbers, which are under process of obtaining quality marks and approvals. See updated information of each part number on www.unex.net
2. In outdoor installations or in aggressive chemical environments it is necessary to periodically check the installation. In outdoor installations, a colour change may occur on the raw material, without affecting its mechanical features. In order to absorb expansions caused by temperature changes in outdoor installations, we recommend using metal fixings each 0,5m, leaving 1cm separation between covers and placing end covers at the ends of vertical routings.
3. Value corresponding to the last 5 years, subject to availability.
4. Detection limit for the analytical technique applied.
5. All features marked are based on random tests of the material in the manufacture of our products. However, they only reflect the values accepted by the raw material manufacturers, which are provided only as information and guidance.
